Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice/order number for proof of purchase.

Damage and defect

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

If your order malfunctions or fails at any point during the 14-day return window, please contact us for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the original item must be returned.

 

Exchanges

 
While we don't offer direct exchanges, the quickest way to get the item you want is to return the current item. Once the return is accepted and the refund processed, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

Once you have shipped your return and provided us with a tracking number or receipt, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. Also, if you return the incorrect item, you will be charged.
